The reputed 'milk boosting' & beneficial healthy ingredients in these products are:

Organic Raw Cacao Powder (in Booster Balls)  is amazingly high in antioxidants and being a natural mood enhancer will give you a boost of energy and also helps promote healthy brain function and overall feelings of wellbeing (*contains nuts)

Organic Oatmeal (in Booster Balls) has been used for centuries by breastfeeding mothers for its well-known reputed milk boosting benefits, but it also has more far reaching overall health benefits for mums and whole families alike and so was an essential ingredient when we formulated our Lactation Boost Balls recipe.

Organic Linseed Meal (aka flaxseed) (in Booster Balls & Booster Blend) contains phytoestrogens that may influence breast milk production. Linseed also contains essential fatty acids that can help lower cholesterol, stabilize blood sugar levels and even help lower blood pressure.

Organic Sunflower Meal (in Booster Balls & Booster Blend) is high in antioxidants that can help both mums and bubs fight infections and bacteria and keep everyone in the family as healthy as possible. It's also a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids too that help in the same ways as linseed and are also great for helping the brain development in babies via breastmilk.

Organic Almond Meal (in Booster Balls) is a healthy source of both protein and calcium. Many breastfeeding mums find that it helps to increase the creaminess, sweetness, and amount of their breast milk.

Organic Pumpkin Seed Powder (in Booster Blend) is a well known, long reputed milk-boosting (galactagogue) ingredient for breastfeeding mums. They’re also a great source of Omega 3 fatty acids, contain other essential minerals like magnesium which is key to helping maintain a healthy heart and zinc which plays a big role in helping your immune system, which is vital right now during this time especially. Pumpkin seeds also contain tryptophan which the body converts to serotonin to help you get a good night’s sleep, which can in turn too help give your immune system a boost right now too.

Chia Seeds (in Booster Blend) are nutritious, packed with protein and calcium making them fabulous for both pregnant and breastfeeding mothers. They are rich in boron which is reputed to help your body to assimilate the calcium. They are high in Omega 3 fatty acids, antioxidants, calcium, magnesium, iron, niacin and zinc.

Fennel Powder (in Booster Blend) is a well known galactagogue (lactation promoting ingredient) that's been traditionally used for many years as a herbal remedy to encourage healthy lactation.  You’ll love the mild flavour this brings to the Boost Blend, so you can easily incorporate it's goodness into your daily diet.
