Gluten Friendly Oats are uniquely grown and processed in certified facilities that are free from the contamination from the gluten found in wheat, rye, spelt and barley grains. Farmers use minimal impact growing techniques and crop exclusion zones. Their oats seed is sourced from their own heritage seed stocks and has a unique roasted creamy flavour that comes from their unique shelf stable mill processes and production line that is free of the top 8 allergens.

Oats have been used for centuries by breastfeeding mothers for its well-known reputed milk boosting benefits, but it also has more far reaching overall health benefits for mums and whole families alike and so was an essential ingredient when we formulated this recipe and we are proud of the fact that we have created the first lactation support product to utilize these particular oats to provide a gluten friendly options for mums and families!

Organic Linseed Meal (aka flaxseed) contains phytoestrogens that may influence breast milk production. Linseed also contains essential fatty acids that can help lower cholesterol, stabilize blood sugar levels and even help lower blood pressure.

Organic Sunflower Meal is high in antioxidants that can help both mums and bubs fight infections and bacteria and keep everyone in the family as healthy as possible. It's also a rich source of omega-3 fatty acids too that help in the same ways as linseed and are also great for helping the brain development in babies via breastmilk.

Organic Raw Dark Chocolate (organic raw cacao) is amazingly high in antioxidants and being a natural mood enhancer will give you a boost of energy and also helps promote healthy brain function and overall feelings of wellbeing.

Organic Millet Flour is actually made from seeds (so it's also gluten free) and is an also a reputed lactogenic (milk-boosting) food that's been used by mother's for centuries. Millet is also high in fiber and protein and rich in B vitamins, (especially niacin, B6 and folic acid), phosphorus, manganese (a trace mineral that acts as an antioxidant).
