How Chia Seeds can help during pregnancy

The creation and the journey towards the birth of your child is incredible, but it does take a toll on the body. Fibre: 11 grams.

Protein: 4 grams.

Fat: 9 grams (5 of which are Omega-3s).

Manganese: 30% of the RDA.

Phosphorus: 27% of the RDA.

Additionally, Chia seeds also contain Zinc, Niacin, Potassium, Thiamine and Vitamin B2. They are also loaded with lots of anti-oxidants and are high in fibre and protein.
